I mildly heated the coconut oil, mixed it with organic aloe vera gel and massaged my hair with it. I let it stay overnight! It is for hydrating my hair!
Lunch ingredients: Chicken breast, egg, Shake’n Bake crispy powder, salt and pepper, quinoa, mushrooms, salad! I sprayed some olive oil over the powdered chicken and baked it in the oven! Delicious!
